Looking for a True Loft in Las Vegas?  You'll have some choices, but not like some other major metropolitan areas. In cities such as New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle and Portland, lofts came into existence as historical buildings that were transformed from industrial utility into residential neighborhoods through urban revitalization efforts. Buildings were carefully renovated to retain the historical essence of the era in which they were constructed.

But Las Vegas was never an industrial hub. The city came of age as a gaming and entertainment mecca.  With a lack of those old buildings around, a few forward thinking builders in the last decade decided to build the "true loft" style,  with open floor plans, exposed mechanicals and minimalist decor.  Las Vegas lofts also have many contemporary – and even green – fixtures and features as well as modern technologies and upscale amenities. 

Here are the true loft style buildings in las Vegas:

Newport Lofts  occupy a 23-story tower located mid-way between the corridor strip and downtown Las Vegas.  These trendy condominium residences feature vaulted ceilings, concrete or bamboo flooring, stainless steel appliances, European cabinetry, granite countertops and large terraces. On the roof of Newport Lofts Las Vegas is a fitness center, jogging track, pool, spa, clubhouse and manicured garden.

Soho Lofts Las Vegas offers a sophisticated contemporary living experience in the heart of the Las Vegas arts district.  These 112 units feature 11-foot ceilings, exposed water pipes and ventilation ducts, large picture windows, and spacious glass-enclosed terraces that overlook the city, mountains and the Strip. There are seven customizable open floor plans ranging in size from 1,336 square feet to 1,855 square feet. Embedded in the units of SoHo Lofts Las Vegas are fine quality details such as granite countertops, Jacuzzi tubs, Dellacasa Italian cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, designer lighting and sealed concrete flooring. The sixteen-story building has a parking garage, a fully equipped fitness center, and a roof-top recreation area with a pool, sun deck and hot tub.  

Summerlin Lofts   (also known as C2 Lofts) consists of two separate five-story buildings within the Summerlin Center. The lofts appeal to those who want the urban style without being in the most crowded area of Las Vegas. There are eight individual floor plans at Summerlin Lofts, ranging from approximately 1,400 square feet to over 2,800 square feet. Loft living at Summerlin Lofts Las Vegas offers membership in the Red Rock Country Club, eligibility for membership into the executive golf club and easy access to nearby shopping, dining and the Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa.

In addition to these loft buildings, Panorama Towers has some units that are true lofts. 

As of this writing, there are only 10 listings in our 3 true loft buildings, and no plans by builders for new loft buildings.  That makes these loft buildings even more desirable and attractive to buyers.  There are other Las Vegas Lofts that have the open look without the more industrial style, but if you want the true loft, you'll want to plan in advance, and contact us early so that we can look for the right loft for you.
