News > The Rise of Ultra Luxury Condos in Las Vegas
published on 2024-01-20
Ultra luxury condo choices have been expanding in Las Vegas, not just on the strip, but around the area as well. Now, wealthy buyers have several choices for lock and leave residences that excel in amenities, location and views.
The Tried and True Waldorf Astoria
Wealthy buyers have continued to buy into The Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas (renamed from Mandarin Oriental), with some of the recent sales over $3 million. Why is it so popular? Primarily, the location on the strip in CityCenter is prime. Just head downstairs to the Crystals Shopping Center for high end brands and Mastro's Ocean Club. Strip casinos within walking distance have hundreds of entertainment options for a night out.
But what makes this building stand out over other Las Vegas Strip condos is that residents can truly enjoy full time hotel living in luxury. Condos are on upper floors, while the Waldorf Astoria hotel has the lower floors. Residents can enjoy valet parking, secured private residential elevators, private owners lounge, concierge, pool deck with cabanas, award winning spa, and 24 hour security. The Waldorf has it's own restaurant and a 23rd floor Tea Lounge as well.
New Ultra Luxury - The Four Seasons Private Residence Club
If a little quieter location appeals to you, consider The Four Seasons Private Residence Club in Henderson's MacDonald Highlands master planned neighborhood. When complete, this new development promises to be a a new take on ultra luxury in the Las Vegas area. Set atop a hillside, two highrise buildings and several villas are the backdrop for an 11 acre development with resort amenities and services, including private chef services, private wine cellars, resort-style pools with cabanas, event lawn, catering services, a pet spa, auto spa, community boardroom, library, screening room, and myriad wellness amenities including a full-service gym and spa. The Dragon Ridge Country Club is nearby.
Residences at the Four Seasons will enjoy large floorplans, from 2300-7300 square feet, and views of the Las Vegas Strip.
For Other Ultra Luxury, Go to the Top
You'll find other ultra luxury condos tucked inside several highrises in Las Vegas, and these usually end up being large penthouse and upper floor suites with enviable views. And usually, they are decked out with high end finishes. For example, some Park Towers penthouses have over 6000 square foot of space with spectacular views of the strip. Turnberry Place condos can reach over 5000 square feet with views of the strip as well. Both of these buildings have excellent amenities.
