When most people think about living near the Las Vegas Strip, they picture high-rise towers right on Las Vegas Boulevard. But some of the most desirable residential communities in all of Las Vegas are located just beyond the south end of the Strip.

In Fritz Lang’s 1927 film Metropolis — the movie this building was named after, set in the exact year we are living in right now — the premise is brutally simple: there are two types of people in this world.
